And 2020 has brought another interesting trend…  Termed “Zoom Towns” by Realtors and journalists, it is the boom occurring in certain areas, as remote works takes off.  Now that commuting is no longer a factor, the lure of ample open space and recreational opportunities is irresistible to many.  So some of these folks, newly able to work from home, are moving away from city centers, to the outskirts of metropolitan areas.
